Push and Lock the Stop Switch and turn off the Power Supply Switch.

Open the Table (Front, Rear) and remove the Heater Cover and Slide Table of the sealing unit.

Turn Handle of worm gear reducer 360 degrees clockwise from Home Position.

Confirm Strap is pushed against Band Guide (Right) firmly.

Check for no gap at the tip of Right Bandway and Band Guide (Right) without strapping.

Push and Lock the Stop Switch and turn off the Power Supply Switch.

Open the Table (Front) and loosen the nut that is fixing Adjust Spring Hook.

Adjust the strap amount in the pool box

After making the adjustment, tighten the nut and fix Adjust Spring Hook.

Close the Table and fix it with screws.

Is the LS4 Micro Switch functioning correctly?

Identify the symptom of the touch pressure issue

Push and Lock the Stop Switch and turn off the Power Supply Switch

Adjust the Reverse Spring Adjuster

Insert Snap Pin and fix Reverse Spring Adjuster

Pre-maintenance Safety Precautions

Ensure only trained personnel perform the maintenance

Turn off the machine power and unplug the power plug

Lock out the cam switch to prevent unintended power activation

Wait for the heater to cool down (Max. approx. 400℃ / 752℉)

Wait for the M2 Motor to cool down (Max. approx. 100℃ / 212℉)

Check if Power Switch (CS) disconnects power at OFF position

Push and Lock the Stop Switch and turn off the Power Supply Switch

Open the Table (Front) and remove the Band Guide Plate (Front)

Remove the strap before adjustment

Fix the plunger of Solenoid 2 in Sealing Unit at the highest position

Push the SOL2 plunger all the way up without strapping

Ensure not to push the Touch Roller Arm

Adjust Tension Solenoid Adjuster to eliminate clearance between Tension Roller and Touch Roller
