Switch off and lock out the power supply isolating device

Ensure the machine has cooled down

Check if the marker pin is at the top end of the elongated hole

Adjust the spring tension using the adjusting nut (1) until the marker pin reaches the lower end of the elongated hole

Close all access doors, replace and secure all removable panels.

Ensure the machine is switched off.

Close the user's shut-off valve between the machine and the air distribution network.

Read off the activating pressure on the valve.

Log on to SIGMA CONTROL 2 with access level 2.

Observe the display of pressure on SIGMA CONTROL 2 and call up the test function.

Ensure the machine is isolated from the compressed air network and completely vented.

Ensure adherence to changing intervals for

Switch off the supply disconnecting device.

Lock the disconnecting device in the off position.

Check that no voltage is present.

Ensure the pressure gauge on the oil separator tank reads 0 psi.

Check the heat exchanger for leaks

Check the heat exchanger for contamination

Service by Authorized Representative

Ensure the external heat recovery system is checked by an authorized KAESER service representative

Checking the Door Interlock Switch

Open the access panel while the machine is running

Did the machine switch off automatically and display an alarm message?

Close the panel and acknowledge the alarm

Does the machine not switch off automatically?

If the machine does not switch off automatically, describe the issue and contact an authorized KAESER service representative agent.
