Kaeser Refrigerated Dryer TD 61

Ensure the ECO-DRAIN is powered on

Press the TEST pushbutton on the upper housing of the ECO-DRAIN

Did the solenoid valve open when the TEST pushbutton was pressed?

Unscrew the two screws holding the left-hand side cover

Remove the left-hand side cover

Ensure the valve is isolated from the system

Blow out the diaphragm seat (4) with compressed air

Blow out the diaphragm cover (6) with compressed air

Blow out the housing inside with compressed air

Stop the refrigerated dryer by turning the switch (1) to the 'off' position.

Lock the switch (1) with a suitable padlock to prevent unauthorized switch-on.

Clean the cooling fins of the refrigerant liquefier by blowing compressed air from the outside to the inside.

Refer to chapter 8.2 to start the refrigerated dryer.

Wear protective goggles when blowing out components

Ensure no person is in the direction of compressed air

Remove and clean the following components

Blow out the diaphragm seat (4) with compressed air

Blow out the diaphragm cover (6) with compressed air

Blow out the housing inside with compressed air

Electrical Components Inspection

Inspect electrical components for loose connections

Inspect electrical components for overheated cables

Describe any malfunctioning or worn components found

Pipework and Fittings Inspection

Check screwed fittings for leakage

Describe any external damage found
