Ensure the power supply disconnecting device is switched off

Lock the disconnect device in the off position

Verify that no voltage is present

Confirm the machine has cooled down

Remove the ventilation grill and filter mat

Carefully remove the ventilation grill

Ensure machine isolation from compressed air network and complete venting

Check that the supply disconnecting device is switched off, the device is locked off, and no voltage is present

Verify the machine is fully vented and the pressure gauge on the oil separator tank reads 0 psig

Wear protective clothing and gloves to prevent burns from hot components and oil

Unscrew the oil filter counter-clockwise and wipe off any drops of oil

Lightly oil the new filter's gasket

Turn the oil filter clockwise by hand to tighten

Dispose of parts and materials contaminated with oil in accordance with environmental protection regulations

Ensure the supply disconnecting device is switched off

Verify that no voltage is present

Confirm the machine has cooled down

WARNING: Risk of severe injury from moving drive belt

Switch off and lock out the power supply disconnecting (isolating) device

Check that no voltage is present

Ensure only authorized KAESER Service representatives are present

Verify ambient and operating conditions are suitable for service

Inspect drive motor bearings for wear and damage

Are the drive motor bearings in good condition?

Record any issues found during inspection
