WARNING: Danger of injury from rotating coupling!

Ensure the guard is in place over the coupling before switching the machine on.

Check for uneven or noisy running

Check the coupling for noisy or uneven running.

Remove the fixing screws from the safety screen.

Turn the coupling by hand and look for damage or colour change.

Wear long-sleeved clothing and gloves

Work carefully to avoid burns from hot components and oil

Have you observed national regulations regarding the use of cooling oil?

Have you checked the machine duty cycle and ambient conditions?

Record operating conditions and adjust intervals if necessary

Select the type of SIGMA FLUID used

Use a screwdriver to turn the fixing 90˚ anti-clockwise

Remove the ventilator grill (1) and the filter mat (2)

Choose a cleaning method for the mat

Wash the mat in lukewarm water and household detergent, then rinse thoroughly

Are you an authorised KAESER service agent?

Are the operating conditions unfavourable or is the equipment heavily utilised?

Fan Motor Bearing / Motor Change

Was the fan motor bearing/motor change successful?

Is the equipment operating normally after the service?

Wear breathing apparatus if necessary

Check the cooler for contamination

Is the cooler severely contaminated?

Do not use sharp objects to clean the cooler

Contact KAESER service agent if cooler is severely contaminated
