Reference period of time to supply grease based on speed

Is the grease supply period determined by the operation distance or number of months reached earlier?

Use Idemitsu Kosan Daphne Grease MP No.2 or equivalent

Ensure no fluorine-based grease is used

Move the slider to expose the grease nipple

Visually inspect the belt for obvious friction in the gear and belt area

Check for swelling due to oil adhesion

Inspect for damages such as cracks on the belt gear and back side

Clean exterior surfaces as necessary

Wipe off water and chemical on the surface of the main unit

Use a soft cloth to wipe away dirt and buildup

Remove severe buildup with a soft cloth soaked in a neutral detergent or alcohol

Supply grease once in 3 months after the start of first operation after delivery.

Insert the grease gun into the supply inlet and supply grease on the grease nipple
