Vaisala Oyj Humidity/Temperature Probe HMP60

Turn the filter counter-clockwise to loosen it.

Remove the filter from the probe without touching the sensors.

Install a new filter on the probe and tighten it finger-tight.

Ensure the filter sits straight and meets the threads properly.

Note the order codes of the filters from section Options and Accessories on page 60.

List available filters from section Filter Options on page 15.

Connect the power/signal cable to the probe, but do not power it up yet.

Place the probe in the reference environment (e.g., NaCl salt chamber at 75 %RH).

Wait for 20-40 minutes for the reading to stabilize.

Power up the probe and wait for one minute.

Check the measurement reading from the probe.

Enter the expected reading from the reference environment.

Ensure you have a new INTERCAP sensor

Remove the filter from the probe by turning it counter-clockwise

Pull out the old INTERCAP sensor and insert a new one

Attach a new filter on the probe

Is the new sensor securely attached?
