Transmitter Analog Output Adjustment

Preparation

Connect HMT330 to a calibrated current/voltage meter

Using Display/Keypad

Press the ADJ button to open the ADJUSTMENT MENU

Select Adjust analog outputs, press ► button

Select the output to be adjusted

Measure the first analog output value with a multimeter and enter the value

Measure the second analog output value with a multimeter and enter the value

Press OK to return to the adjustment menu

Transmitter Temperature Adjustment

Using Display/Keypad

Press the ADJ button on the motherboard to open the ADJUSTMENT MENU

Wait for the probe to reach ambient temperature if using a warmed probe

Select ►Adjust T measurement, press ►key

Select adjustment type

Press START

Remove the filter from the probe and insert the probe into the reference temperature

Wait at least 30 minutes for the sensor to stabilize

Follow the stabilization from the GRAPH display

Transmitter Relative Humidity Adjustment

Using Push-Buttons

Carry out the chemical purge (if available). LiCl reference.

Press the ADJ button on the motherboard to open the adjustment mode. The indicator led starts flashing.

Remove the filter from the probe and insert the probe into a measurement hole of the 11 % RH (LiCl) in the humidity calibrator HMK15. Use the adapter fitting for the probes of HMT334, HMT335, HMT337 and HMT338.

Wait at least 30 minutes for the sensor to stabilize (the indicator led is lit continuously).

Is the indicator led lit continuously?

Press the button LiCl~11% to adjust the 11 % RH condition.

Press the ADJ button to open the adjustment mode for NaCl reference.

Insert the probe into a measurement hole of the 75 % RH (NaCl) reference chamber of the humidity calibrator HMK15. Use the adapter fitting for the probes of HMT334, HMT335, HMT337 and HMT338.
