Is the cooler forming ice and not cooling properly?

Report any issues to the Customer Service Center if ice formation is observed.

Manual Defrosting - For Freezer

Press and hold the night mode button for 10 seconds to activate manual defrosting.

Disconnect the cooler from the wall outlet

Clean the cooler with a cloth, warm water, and neutral soap

Dry surfaces with a soft cloth or rag

Avoid using water hose or jet wash

Avoid using solvent or abrasive products

Avoid using sharp points to remove dirt

Disconnect the cooler from wall outlet before performing any maintenance or cleaning task.

Are you wearing safety work gloves?

Remove the cooler’s front grill.

Remove dust, lint, and trash using a soft bristle brush or broom.

Is the condenser located in a grease-based location such as a kitchen?

Clean accumulated grease or grime with water and degreasing agents if in a grease-based location.

Use a brush to remove excessive grime if required.
