Disconnect the cooler from the wall outlet

Clean the cooler with a cloth, warm water, and neutral soap

Dry surfaces with a soft cloth or rag

Avoid using water hose or jet wash

Avoid using solvent or abrasive products

Use a brush to remove excessive dirt if required

Disconnect the cooler from the wall outlet before performing any maintenance or cleaning task.

Are safety work gloves being used during maintenance and cleaning tasks?

Is the cooler forming ice and not cooling properly?

Report issues to the Customer Service Center if ice formation is observed.

Manual Defrosting - For Freezer

Press and hold the night mode button for 10 seconds to activate manual defrosting.

Disconnect the cooler from the wall outlet before starting maintenance

Wear safety work gloves during cleaning and maintenance tasks

Remove the cooler’s front grill

Remove dust, lint, and trash using a soft bristle brush or broom

Is the condenser located in a grease-based area (e.g., kitchen)?

Clean accumulated grease or grime with water and degreasing agents if in a grease-based area

Avoid using sharp pointed objects; use a brush if required
