Wheel and Housing Inspection and Cleaning

Is there any oil or dust accumulation on the wheel?

Clean the wheel and housing if oil or dust accumulation is present.

Fan Impeller and Housing Inspection

Inspect for signs of fatigue, corrosion, or wear

Check all fasteners, set screws, and locking collars for tightness

Is the fan operating smoothly and safely after maintenance?

Check the condition of the belts

Is there any indication of a problem with the wheel?

Inspect wheel for smooth and unrestricted rotation

Does the belt require replacement?

Contact the local manufacturer representative if replacement is needed

Read the maintenance instructions before opening and applying power to the appliance.

Disconnect the appliance from the supply mains before cleaning, maintenance, or replacement of the UV-C Lamps.

UV-C Lamp Inspection and Replacement

Check bulbs for cracks or damage

Have the bulbs been in use for more than 1 year or 9,000 hours?

Replace bulbs if they are cracked, damaged, or have been in use for more than 1 year or 9,000 hours.

Is the appliance functioning properly after maintenance?

Check if the door seal is intact and pliable

Check all wiring connections for tightness

Check entire cabinet for dirt buildup or corrosion

Remove accumulated dirt from the cabinet

Remove any surface corrosion from the cabinet

Coat the area with appropriate finish
