Lock-out the electrical power to the unit

Enter the bearing bore size (in inches)

Clean exterior surfaces of the motor

Ensure no water or solvents enter the motor or bearings

Avoid spraying motors and bearings with steam, water, or solvents

Check if the motor is supplied with grease fittings

Lock-out the gas supply to the unit

Lock-out the electrical power to the unit

Test the circulating fluid for sediment

Test the circulating fluid for corrosive products

Test the circulating fluid for biological contaminants

Describe corrective measures taken

Has the water supply been shut off?

Record the outside temperature in ºF

Clean all interior parts of mineral deposits or foreign materials

Inspect for worn or non-functioning parts
