Is the energy transfer efficiency within the acceptable range?

Check coils for dirt and debris accumulation

Select cleaning method based on coil condition

Test spray pressure on a small corner of the coil

Use caution with harsh chemicals

Ensure no residual cleaning agents remain on the coils

Check if the door seal is intact and pliable

Check all wiring connections for tightness

Check entire cabinet for dirt buildup or corrosion

Remove accumulated dirt from the cabinet

Remove any surface corrosion from the cabinet

Coat the area with appropriate finish after cleaning

Check the condition of the filters

Clean the filters if they are dirty

Replace filters with approved replacements if necessary

Is the airflow through the unit proper after maintenance?

Clean exterior surfaces of the motor

Remove dust and grease buildup on the motor housing

Ensure no high pressure spray is used during cleaning

Check if grease fittings are provided

Grease the motor if fittings are available

Record the lubrication schedule from the manufacturer's website

Ensure not to over-lubricate the motor
