Adjust replacement schedule for MERV 13 and MERV 14 filters as needed

Check coils for dirt and debris accumulation

Select cleaning method based on coil condition

Test the spray pressure on a small corner of the coil

Clean the coils using the selected method

Inspect coils for any damage post-cleaning

Check all fasteners for tightness

Check for fatigue, corrosion, wear

Check that all filters are in place

Remove the aluminum filters from the weatherhood

Rinse filters with mild detergent in warm water

Reinstall the filters after cleaning

Is there moisture in the drain pan?

Is there visible algae or microbial growth in the drain pan?

Inspect the wheel for cleanliness

Check for wear on the following components

Disassemble and clean the wheel if necessary

Is the wheel rotating through two airstreams in opposite directions?
