Lock-out the gas supply to the unit

Lock-out the electrical power to the unit

Inspect the coil for signs of corrosion and/or leaks

Describe any leaks found and repairs made

Inspect the coil's surface for foreign material

Does the coil surface need cleaning?

Lock-out the gas and electrical power to the unit

Check the recommended lubrication schedule in the manual

Determine lubrication interval based on fan RPM and bearing bore size

Adjust lubrication interval for continuous 24-hour operation

Check for extended grease lines

Relubricate ball bearings while in operation until clean grease is seen purging at the seals

Lock-out the gas supply to the unit

Lock-out the electrical power to the unit

Identify if aluminum mesh filters are installed

Identify if disposable filters are installed

Aluminum Mesh Filter Maintenance

Wash aluminum mesh filters in warm soapy water

Apply adhesive spray to aluminum mesh filters

Inspection and Maintenance Record

Record inspection and maintenance performed

Check for moisture or dirt accumulations on parts

Describe the source of moisture or dirt if found

Rotate the fan wheel by hand (10 to 15 revolutions)

Lock-out the gas supply to the unit

Lock-out the electrical power to the unit

Test the circulating fluid for sediment

Test the circulating fluid for corrosive products

Test the circulating fluid for biological contaminants

Describe corrective measures taken if any issues were found
