Inspect the wheel for cleanliness

Check the following components for wear

Does the wheel require cleaning?

Disassemble and clean the wheel if necessary

Is the wheel self-cleaning effectively?

Describe any issues found during inspection

Select the initial cleaning method used

Spray 409 cleaner onto a small section of the dirty side of the energy wheel

Let the cleaner foam to soften debris and residue

Blow compressed air at approximately 90 psi from the opposite side of the wheel

Catch the blown-off material on pre-placed drop cloths

Lightly sweep a soft sash paint brush across the face of the wheel to remove any leftover residue

Check that all filters are in place

Remove the aluminum filters from the weatherhood

Rinse filters with mild detergent in warm water

Are the filters clean after rinsing?

Is there moisture in the drain pan?

Clean the drain pan to prevent algae and microbial growth

Check if the door seal is intact and pliable

Check all wiring connections for tightness

Check entire cabinet for dirt buildup or corrosion

Remove accumulated dirt from the cabinet

Remove any surface corrosion from the cabinet

Coat the area with appropriate finish

Is there any indication of a problem with the wheel?

Inspect wheel for smooth and unrestricted rotation

Does the belt require replacement?

Contact local manufacturer representative if replacement is needed

Attach instructions for replacement if available
