Is there any belt dust near the motor pulley?

Inspect wheel for smooth and unrestricted rotation.

Does the belt require replacement?

Inspect the condensate drain for any blockages or damage

Clean the condensate drain if necessary

Refill the condensate drain with water

Inspect the heat transfer coils for cleanliness

Clean the heat transfer coils if required

Inspect fan impeller for fatigue, corrosion, or wear

Inspect fan housing for fatigue, corrosion, or wear

Clean wheel and housing if oil and dust accumulation is observed

Check all fasteners for tightness

Check all set screws and locking collars for tightness
