Check whether the cable connected to the teach pendant is unevenly twisted

If the ventilation portion of the control unit is dusty, turn off power and clean the unit

Check whether the jackets of the mechanical unit cables are damaged

Check whether the cables are excessively bent or unevenly twisted

Check that the connectors of the motors and connector panels are securely engaged

Clean each part (remove chips, etc.) and check component parts for cracks and flaws

Further tighten the end--effecter mounting bolts and external main bolts

Select the parts where grease was replaced

Refer to item 3.2 for required positions for greasing

Sign off on the 3 Yearly Checks

Battery in the mechanical unit replaced?

Cables used in mechanical unit checked?

Each part cleaned and inspected?

Tightness of major external bolts checked?

Balancer joint bearing greased?

Grease supplied to the bearing (only for the S--420i R)?

Filter elements in the air filter unit replaced?

Air pressure on the air regulator

Drop quantity during wrist or hand motion

Oiler level within specified level

Any leaks in joints, tubes, etc.

Air pressure on the air filter unit

Any leaks in joints, tubes, etc.

Robot moves smoothly without unusual vibration or sounds

Air filters and oil mist filter replaced at the same time
