Enter the cumulative operation time of the robot

Is the robot installed in an adverse environment?

Has water been splashed on the robot?

If water has been splashed on the robot, supply grease immediately

Seal bolt removed before greasing?

Seal bolt sealed with seal tape after greasing?

Note: After grease is supplied, old grease is pushed out from the bearing's rotating section. Wipe off the old grease immediately after greasing and, as required, after operations of 50 to 100 hours.

- Check the mechanical stopper and the adjustable mechanical stopper

- Check that there is no evidence of a collision on the mechanical stopper, the adjustable mechanical stopper, and check that the stopper mounting bolts are not loose

- Check that the J1-axis swing stopper rotates smoothly

1. Check that there is no evidence of a collision on the mechanical stopper and the adjustable mechanical stopper. If there is evidence of a collision on the stopper, replace the parts

2. Check the tightness of the stopper mounting bolts. If they are loose, retighten them. Be sure to check the tightness of the mounting bolts of the J1-axis swing stopper

3. Check that the J1-axis swing stopper rotates smoothly

4. Refer to Section 6.2 of the operator’s manual for details regarding the adjustable mechanical stopper;

CAUTION: Notice the tooling coupling depth to wrist flange should be shorter than the flange coupling length

End effector mounting bolts retightened

Upload a photo of the installed end effectors on the wrist

Select screws and positioning pins used

Enter the tightening torque specifications

Sign off on the effector bolts maintenance

Grease supplied to the balancer bushing

Enter the cumulative operation time of the machine

Is the robot installed in an adverse environment?

If water is splashed on the robot, supply grease immediately

Upload a photo of the greasing points of the bearings

Seal bolt removed before greasing

Seal bolt sealed with seal tape if reused

External main bolts retightened?

Bolts installed, removed in the inspection, and exposed retightened?

Refer to the recommended bolt tightening torque guidelines at the end of the manual

Were some bolts attached with adhesive?

Were the bolts tightened with greater than the recommended torque?

If the bolts were tightened with greater than the recommended torque, the adhesive might be removed

Did you follow the recommended bolt tightening torque guidelines when retightening the bolts?
