Grease replacement procedure for the reducer (J2/J3-axis)
Move the robot to the greasing Posture described in Table.7.3.2.1 (b)
Turn off controller power
Remove the bolt and the seal washer from grease outlet
Remove the bolt and the seal washer from grease inlet and attach grease nipple
Keep greasing until the new grease pushes out the old grease and comes out from each grease outlet
Release remaining pressure using the procedure given in Subsection 7.3.2.2
Exhausting oil method
Turn off controller power
4800 Hourly Maintenance
Check for external damage or peeling paint
Check for water
Cleaning the controller ventilation system
Sign off on the 4800 Hourly Maintenance
