Remove the (2) screws fastening the case

Release the latches in the upper part on each side of the case from the base metal plate, and pull out the case

Replace the backplane unit with a new one

Confirm that the screw and latch positions of the case are in place, and slowly set the case

After confirming that the case is surely latched, tighten the (2) screws of the case. Lightly press the fan and battery, and make sure that the connectors are connected securely

Upload a photo of the replaced backplane board

Sign off on the backplane board replacement

Exterior of the robot cleaned to remove accumulated dust

Appropriate methods used for cleaning and removing accumulated dust

Interior of the robot thoroughly cleaned with a lint free rag to remove any accumulated dust

Covers replaced immediately after dust removal

Complete purge cycle run immediately after covers are replaced

Robot energized after purge cycle

Sign off on the maintenance procedure

Warning: Ensure the power to the robot controller is turned off before starting the procedure

Power to the robot controller turned off

Upload a photo of the unlatched fan unit

Upload a photo of the installed fan unit

Sign off on the fan motor replacement

Is the power of the robot controller off?

Is the cable detached from the teach pendant?

Detach cables from the connectors on the main board

Remove the screws fastening the main board

Detach the main board by sliding it downward

Replace the main board with a new one

Sign off on the main board replacement
