Briefly push in the starter contact and release to ensure that the blower motor and oil pump are rotating in the correct direction.

Turn the burner switch to the 'ON' position.

Low-Fire Pressure Adjustment

Ensure the following are in place

Disconnect the wiring to the solenoid on the Suntec B2TC-8931 oil pump.

Adjust the screw on the solenoid to obtain a smooth ignition of the oil flame and satisfactory low-fire oil flame.

Turn the burner off and restart to ensure smooth ignition is obtained at the set low-fire pressure.

Replace knurled nut and tighten finger tight.

Disconnect the high voltage ignition cable by pulling it straight back, away from the pilot assembly.

Slide the pilot gun assembly back away from the flame side of the burner.

Turn the pilot assembly and retract it through the access hole once clear of the burner head bracket.
