Align pump-motor unit in all directions

Is the bearing temperature within the safe range for explosive environments?

Change the oil using the specified lubricant

Monitor the bearing temperature after oil change

Describe any unusual temperature changes or issues observed during the procedure

Verify lubricant type and quantity

Check standard supply of lubricated rolling bearings

Check oil level corresponds to the center of the warning light

Confirm suitable lubricant brand used

Ensure the following precautions are taken before starting maintenance

Choose the method for removing the volute casing

If removing the entire pump, perform the following steps

If leaving the volute casing connected, perform the following steps

Perform the following steps for impeller disassembly

Record the current bearing bracket temperature

Is the bearing bracket temperature between 70°C and 80°C?

Ensure the lubricant used has a viscosity of 46Cst

Verify application limits and room temperature

Monitor the bearing temperature for pumps in explosive environments

Describe any excessive temperature increases observed
