Ensure alignment is checked before commissioning or after maintenance

Ensure motor is stopped and in safety before checking alignment

Gather necessary tools for alignment

Is the pump left in its position and only the motor moved?

Align pump-motor unit in all directions

Loosen the bolts of the motor feet if fixed directly to the base

Ensure the following conditions are met before starting the pump

Is the suction pipe filled and foot valve working properly to prevent backflow?

Verify the direction of rotation and motor operation

Ensure auxiliary connections are connected and working

Is the flushing liquid pressure in compliance with the seal manual?

Is the oil level adequate for pumps with oil lubricated bearing bracket?

Ensure operating and functional parameters of the mechanical seal are followed as per Data Sheet

Verify lubricant type and application limits

Check lubricated rolling bearings type

Enter the oil level in the 'spy' cap

Is the oil level at the center of the warning light?

Select the lubricant brand used

Enter the quantity of oil used for the 1st bracket (in grams)

Enter the quantity of oil used for the 2nd bracket (in grams)
