Check the oil level using the 'spy' cap

Ensure the oil level corresponds to the center of the warning light

Select the lubricant brand used

Measure and add 300 gr of lubricant for the 1st bracket

Measure and add 900 gr of lubricant for the 2nd bracket

Ensure the following conditions are met before proceeding

Record the current bearing temperature

Is the bearing temperature within the safe range (70°C to 80°C)?

Change the oil using the specified lubricant

Verify that the oil change was successful

Note any anomalies observed during the oil change

9.4.1 Filling the oiler (if supplied)

Release the bowl so that it returns to vertical position

Top up the bowl if the oil level is too low

Never fill the bearing bracket with oil through the connection in the oiler

Verify the following conditions before proceeding

Record the current bearing temperature

Is the bearing temperature within safe limits for explosive environments?

Change the oil using the specified lubricant

Describe any unusual observations during the oil change

Ensure the pump is stored correctly

Ensure protection caps and lids of the flanges remain on the pump until installation

Is the pump stored for a long period or in severe weather conditions?

If stored for a long period or in severe conditions, ensure additional precautions are taken
