Place extractor tool (2) on armature

Set hot air gun temperature to 600 °C

Heat tool head (3) on right side for 15 seconds at 45 degrees angle

Heat tool head (3) on left side for 15 seconds at 45 degrees angle

Ensure no deformation of the fan blades due to heat

Clip slide switch (1) into motor housing

Insert control rod (2) into motor housing

Fit control rod in slide switch

Cable and Electronics Connection

Slide cable grommet onto cable with plug

Connect cable with plug to electronics

Connect cables of stator to electronics

Ensure the switch is sitting in the control rod's cut-out

Electronics Insertion and Securing

Insert electronics into motor housing

Torque for securing cable with plug

Check that all parts are in place

Secure brush holders with the two screws

Slide the two carbon brushes into brush holders and connect to appropriate connector

Connect connecting cables to stator as shown in illustration

Insert field coil in motor housing

Ensure that the ID number of the stator is on the same side as the switch

Using hook, pull cables out of stator
