Safety Precaution
Pull the power plug from the socket outlet
Initial Belt Tracking Check
Switch the machine on briefly
Check the belt tracking
Adjust Belt Tracking
Adjust the belt tracking with the star-knob bolt (17) until centred
If Belt Tracking Cannot Be Centred
Clean the drive wheel (23) and the contact wheel (21) with compressed air
Belt Grinder Face-Grinding Rest Adjustment
Pre-Adjustment Safety
Pull the power plug from the socket outlet
Face-Grinding Rest Alignment
Loosen screw (25) and fold the side cover (26) down
Loosen screws (12) and align the face-grinding rest (22)
Tighten screw (12) again
Shut the side cover (26) and tighten screw (25) again
Post-Adjustment Check
Check the gap size at the stop (4) (max. 2 mm)
Belt Grinder Grinding Rest Adjustment
Warning: Disconnect power
Loosen star-knob bolt (11)
Adjust the gap size to 2 mm (max.)
Tighten the star-knob bolt
Belt Grinder Stop Adjustment
Safety Precautions
Pull the power plug from the socket outlet
Adjustment Process
Loosen the screws (3)
Adjust the gap size
Tighten screws (3) again
1 Daily Belt Grinder Lubrication
Warning: Repairs by Qualified Persons Only
Specify the qualified person performing the lubrication
Lubricate the machine with machine oil
Post Lubrication Check
Is the lubrication complete at all marked locations?
Check for any oil leaks after lubrication
