Blow out the ventilation slots at the motor housing and marked locations with compressed air.

Check for wear and damage when changing the grinding belt

Lubricate the machine with machine oil at marked locations

Refer to Instruction label (27) for lubrication points

Pull the power plug from the socket outlet

Loosen screw (25) and fold the side cover (26) down

Loosen screws (12) and align the face-grinding rest (22)

Shut the side cover (26) and tighten screw (25) again

Check the gap size at the stop (4) (max. 2 mm)

Ensure the power plug is disconnected from the socket outlet

Adjust the gap size to 2 mm (max.)

Tighten the star-knob bolt again

Pull the power plug from the socket outlet
