Belt Grinder Grinding Rest Adjustment
Warning: Disconnect power
Loosen star-knob bolt (11)
Adjust the gap size to 2 mm (max.)
Tighten the star-knob bolt
Verify the gap size is 2 mm
Reconnect power

Safety Precautions
Ensure the power plug is pulled from the socket outlet
Face-Grinding Rest Alignment
Loosen screw (25) and fold the side cover (26) down
Loosen screws (12) and align the face-grinding rest (22)
Tighten screw (12) again
Shut the side cover (26) and tighten screw (25) again
Final Check
Check the gap size at the stop (4) (max. 2 mm)
Belt Tracking Adjustment
Safety Warning
Ensure the power plug is pulled from the socket outlet before any work on the machine.
Switch the machine on briefly to check the belt tracking.
Adjust the belt tracking with the star-knob bolt (17) until centred.
If the belt tracking cannot be adjusted centred, proceed with the following steps.
Clean the drive wheel (23) and the contact wheel (21) with compressed air.
Inspect the drive wheel and the contact wheel for wear, deformation, and damage.
Have damaged components replaced without delay.
