Pull the power plug from the socket outlet

Loosen screw (25) and fold the side cover (26) down

Loosen the star-knob bolt (11) and remove the grinding rest and the dust collector (8)

Push belt tension lever (13) down to release the clamping device

Check the running direction on the inner side of the new grinding belt

Blow out the ventilation slots at the motor housing and marked locations with compressed air.

Check for wear and damage when changing the grinding belt

Specify the qualified person performing the lubrication

Lubricate the machine with machine oil at marked locations

Was the lubrication performed by a FEIN customer service centre, authorised service centre, or FEIN agency?

Record the qualified person performing the lubrication

Locate the lubricating nipple (24) on the tensioning device

Lubricate the bearing points via the lubricating nipple (24)

Select the service center for repairs if needed
