Pull the power plug from the socket outlet

Adjust the belt tracking with the star-knob bolt (17) until centred

If Belt Tracking Cannot Be Centred

Clean the drive wheel (23) and the contact wheel (21) with compressed air

Adjust the gap size to 2 mm (max.)

Pull the power plug from the socket outlet

Loosen screw (25) and fold the side cover (26) down

Loosen the star-knob bolt (11) and remove the grinding rest and the dust collector (8)

Push belt tension lever (13) down to release the clamping device

Check the running direction on the inner side of the new grinding belt

Record the qualified person performing the lubrication

Lubricate the bearing points of the tensioning device via the lubricating nipple (24)

Blow out the ventilation slots at the motor housing and marked locations with compressed air.
