Locate the lubricating nipple (24) on the tensioning device

Lubricate the bearing points via the lubricating nipple

Warning: Repairs may be carried out only by qualified persons in conformity with the valid regulations.

Ensure repairs are conducted by qualified personnel.

Select the service center for repairs

Blow out the ventilation slots at the motor housing and marked locations with compressed air.

Have damaged parts been replaced?

Pull the power plug from the socket outlet

Loosen screw (25) and fold the side cover (26) down

Loosen screws (12) and align the face-grinding rest (22)

Shut the side cover (26) and tighten screw (25) again

Measure the gap size at the stop (4)

Locate lubrication points as marked on Instruction label (27)

Apply machine oil to each lubrication point

Adjust the gap size to 2 mm (max.)
