Terms and conditions apply:

You must complete both (1) an introductory call with a MaintainX representative, and (2) a demo of the MaintainX service within thirty (30) days after the date of this email.

Following completion of the call and/or demo, MaintainX will deliver to you the reward.

To be eligible, you must:

• be a legal resident of the United States of America;
• be at least 18 years old; and
• not be a current MaintainX customer or employed by a current MaintainX customer.

Rewards of any kind to government officials or employees require prior legal approval in accordance with the Code of Business Conduct and the Global Travel and Expense Policy. Legal approval for Rewards to government officials or employees required.

Government employee is defined in our Global Gifts and Hospitality Policy to include:

• An employee or an agent of a government department or agency anywhere in the world;
• An employee or agent of an entity that is owned or controlled by a government (for example, employees of public schools or hospitals, employees of government owned or controlled utilities);
• A political party official, employee, or agent of a political party, or a candidate for political office (or political party position);
• An employee or agent of a Public International Organization (like World Bank or the International Monetary Fund);
• An immediate family member or other representative of any of the above

Employees of MaintainX or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates or promotional agencies, including immediate family and household members, are not eligible.

We reserve the right to terminate this offer at any time for any reason.  We reserve the right to modify or amend at any time these terms and conditions and the methods through which rewards are earned.  

Issuer is neither a sponsor of, nor otherwise affiliated with MaintainX or this promotion. Gift cards may be used only with the issuer and is subject to use restrictions, expiration dates, or other terms and conditions imposed by the issuer.  Recipient understands and agrees that his/her acceptance and use of the card or certificate are subject to all eligibility criteria, expiration dates, service or dormancy fees, and all other terms and conditions (if any) imposed by the issuer of the card or certificate. Recipient acknowledges that MaintainX is not the issuer of the gift card and that MaintainX is not responsible for establishing, disclosing, or explaining any of the terms and conditions to recipient, or for recipient’s failure to comply with any of them. Gift card is void where prohibited, subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
