Remove three Phillips head screws using a #1 Phillips screwdriver.

Removal of Existing Components

Follow instructions in Section B-1, pg. 2 to remove MH-Front

Carefully unplug spade connectors of S1 wires from spade contacts of power switch using long nose pliers

Do not cut the wire tie; it is required to keep wires away from transformer body

Carefully unplug the two-pin connectors from the emitter and detector with long nose pliers

Lay the 767 on its back

Remove four screws from the back of the unit using a Phillips #2 screwdriver

Position the 767 third handle assembly on its back and separate the MH-Front from the MH-Back

Disconnect the handle assembly Molex connector (brown 4-pin female) from the pins on the circuit board

Preparation for Replacement

Note colors of wires on plug of new handle assembly

Match wire colors with color coding printed on circuit board at the pins

Follow instructions in Section E, pg. 6 & 7 to remove and replace cradle
