Verify installation and connection

Is the sealing screw including the flat gasket in place?

Prime and vent the unit correctly

Ensure automatic venting of the pump rotor compartment after a short operating period

Is dry running limited to short periods?

Ensure no unauthorized removal of components for venting

7.2.3 Frequency converter operation

Enter the rate of voltage rise (du/dt)

Is the rate of voltage rise within the acceptable range?

Enter the voltage spike measurement (û)

Are the voltage spikes within the acceptable range?

Enter the minimum voltage at connection terminals (Umin)

Is the minimum voltage at connection terminals adequate?

Enter the minimum frequency at connection terminals (fmin)

Motor Protection Settings Verification

Enter the maximum current from the rating plate

Verify terminal box type and corresponding protection

Are Wilo tripping units SK 602(N)/SK 622(N) present?

Is the thermal winding contact (WSK) connected to a motor protection system?

Perform reset based on terminal box type

Check for leaks after installation

Verify all connections remain leak-free during operation

Ensure removal of hazardous fluid leakages

7.1.3 Insulation of the pump in cooling/air-conditioning systems

Verify the application of the insulation

Check if the two half-shells of the thermal insulation are correctly fitted and guide pins are engaged in the opposite holes

For cooling/air-conditioning systems, verify that commercially-available diffusion-proof thermal insulation materials are used instead of the supplied shells
