Rotation Direction Check
8.2 Rotation direction monitoring
Check the direction of rotation indicator light on the terminal box
Is the indicator light green?
If the light is not green, electrically isolate the pump and interchange 2 phases in the terminal box
Restart the pump and check the direction of rotation again
Verify that the motor's direction of rotation matches the arrow on the rating plate
Pump Leak Check

Check for leaks after installation
Periodically verify all connections remain leak-free during operation
Describe any leakages of hazardous fluids and actions taken to remove them
Electrical Connection Check
7.2 Electrical connection
Ensure the electrical connection is made by an approved electrician.
Disconnect all poles of the power supply before working on the pump.
Wait for 5 minutes before commencing work on the module (applies only to 1~ systems).
Check that all connections are voltage-free.
Is the module/terminal box undamaged?
Verify that the current type and voltage correspond to the rating plate specifications.
Ensure the electrical connection is via a fixed line with a connector device or an all-pole switch with a contact opening width of at least 3 mm.
Check mains-side fuse protection is 10 A, slow.

Verify terminal box type and corresponding protection mechanism
Is the thermal tripping setting corresponding to the maximum current of the speed stage?
Is the Wilo tripping unit SK 602(N)/SK 622(N) present and connected?
Is the thermal winding contact (WSK) connected to a motor protection system?
