Any crack or bending in the bucket?

Any oil leak from the cylinder and piping?

Does the lift operate smoothly?

Does the dump pedal operate smoothly?

If any abnormality is found in the above inspection, have the vehicle repaired.

Is the vehicle clean from mud or dirt?

If not, clean the vehicle and park it on a hard, dry surface such as concrete.

Are the hydraulic cylinder piston rods dry?

If not, dry these off to prevent damage to the rod packing.

Is the fuel tank drain plug loosened?

If not, loosen the fuel tank drain plug.

Is the sedimenter drain plug loosened and water drained out of the fuel system?

If not, loosen sedimenter drain plug and drain the water out of the fuel system.

Warning: Check the oil when the vehicle is parked on the surface.

Is the vehicle parked on a flat surface?

Withdraw the oil level gauge, wipe with a clean cloth and reinsert all the way.

Did you withdraw the oil level gauge, wipe with a clean cloth and reinsert all the way?

Withdraw carefully and check the level up to which the oil adheres.

Is the oil level between “F” and “L” or on level line?

As the accurate level cannot be obtained when it is checked immediately after the engine stops, wait three minutes.

Did you wait three minutes after the engine stopped before checking the oil level?

Sign off on the engine oil inspection

1. Operation and installed state - Inspect and correct and replace as required.

Operator guard and side guard 2. Installed portion looseness - Tighten

3 Deformation, crack, damage - Inspect and correct and replace as required.

4. Operation and installed state - Inspect and correct and replace as required.

5. Operation and installed state - Inspect and correct and replace as required.

Was the machine operating under hard conditions?

If machine was operating under hard conditions, consider a service interval of 170 hours or 1 month.
