Gear shift link inspection and service

Oil pump spline shaft inspection and service

Gear shift lever inspection and service

Tilt steering locking mechanism inspection and service

Note: In case of the hard operating condition, the service interval of 170 hours or 1 month may be recommendable.

Sign off on the forklift lubrication

1. Injection timing: Measure and correct and adjust as required.

2. Draining of sedimenter: Inspect and correct and replace as required.

1. Oil clutch function and oil leakage: Inspect and correct and replace as required.

- Torque converter and transmission:

1. Stall test and oil pressure measurement: Measure and correct and adjust as required.

1. Tank and oil strainer: Clean

Rear axle beam rear pin: inspect and service, lubricate with Molybdenum disulfide grease

Tie rod end pin: inspect and service, lubricate with MP grease

Rear axle cylinder end pin: inspect and service, lubricate with MP grease

Steering knuckle king pin: inspect and service, lubricate with MP grease

Rear axle beam front pin: inspect and service, lubricate with Molybdenum disulfide grease

Swing lock cylinder lower pin: inspect and service, lubricate with Molybdenum disulfide grease

Chain: inspect and service, lubricate with Engine oil

Mast support bushing: inspect and service, lubricate with Molybdenum disulfide grease

Warning: Perform the inspection after starting the engine.

Check the steering wheel play with the rear wheel set in the straight traveling direction.

See the service data section for the standard play of steering wheel.

Turn the steering wheel in the circumferential direction and also move it up and down to check there is no looseness.

Push the horn button to check if the horn sounds normally.

If any abnormality is found, ask a Toyota dealer for inspection.

Sign off on the steering wheel inspection

Park the vehicle on a flat ground. If the vehicle is inclined, the indicated level may be incorrect.

The oil level must be checked before starting the engine or at least 3 minutes after the engine is stopped.

Extract the oil level gauge and wipe it with clean cloth. Insert it again and check if the oil level is between the F and L levels.

If the oil level is below the L line, add oil to the F line.
