Visually inspect for possible fuel leak

Touch to check for possible fuel leak

If a leak is found, report to the nearest Toyota dealer for immediate repair

Caution: Never perform do-it-yourself welding or other repair work for it might cause explosion or fire

Sign off on the fuel tank check

Warning: Use only genuine Toyota parts for replacement parts, and use the recommended types of lubricants.

Note: In case of the hard operating condition, the service interval of 170 hours or 1 month may be recommendable.

Old Swing lock cylinder removed?

New Swing lock cylinder installed?

Enter the current machine hour meter reading

Sign off on the Swing lock cylinder replacement

1. Valve clearance: Measure and correct and adjust as required.

2. Compression: Measure and correct and adjust as required.

4. Muffler rubber mount: Inspect and correct and replace as required.

1. Injection nozzle injection pressure and condition: Measure and correct and adjust as required.

1. Radiator rubber mount: Inspect and correct and replace as required.

Caution: Never perform LPG gas leak checks near fire. Make certain that there is no source of fire in the area throughout the gas leak check.

Warning: To avoid serious injury from fire or explosion, you must follow these rules

Switch ignition and lights off.

Check for leaks only in well ventilated, approved areas.

No smoking, fire or flames allowed.

Brush soapy water on all joints, bubbles will show leaks.

Never use any other liquids, or any open flame for leak checks.

Do not try to start engine until all gas smell is gone.

If any gas leakage is found, immediately report it to the supervisor for repair by a qualified mechanic or your Toyota dealer. The truck is not allowed to be operated.

Warning: If you feel something abnormal, stop operating the vehicle and receive an inspection by a Toyota dealer.
