Inspect the preceding article items and the following items, and replace if faulty:

(2) Damages or cracked in anchor bolt

Chains adjusted to the standard lift, including slack?

Chains lubricated with suitable amount of engine oil?

Chain wheel operation checked? Does the operation take place smoothly without sticking?

Sign off on the chain wheel adjustment

- Carefully wash all parts and repair or replace any part found defective.

- It should be noted that although some parts can be disassembled, their component parts are not service parts so that the entire part must be replaced as an assembly.

(1) Valve body cracked or damaged.

(2) Scoring or wear caused by sliding of valve spools.

(3) Stepped wear in valve seats.

(4) Cracks, damage, or oil leak at elbows, caps, bolts, etc.

Note: Inspect the disassembled parts on the following items, and repair or replace any part found defective.

(1) Damage or wear in lift roller.

Lift roller outside diameter: Standard: 125.5 mm (5.020"). Wear limit: 124.5 mm (4.980")

Lift roller inside diameter: Standard: 40.0 mm (1.600"). Wear limit: 40.005 mm (1.6002")

(2) Looseness or defective rotation in lift roller

2. Outer and inner mast inspection:

(1) Warping, bending, or spalling in inner and outer masts.

Align the brake shoe diameter with the inner diameter of the brake drum

Testing operation of adjusting screw

Press the fitting cable (2FBCA10, 13, 15 series) to the rear with your finger and perform release action

Operate the parking brake lever (2FBCA20, 25, FBCA30 series)

The adjusting lever should engage with the next tooth of the adjusting screw

The adjusting lever should return to the original position—one screw tooth back

If operation is defective, perform the following checks
