Lift roller inside diameter: Standard: 40.0 mm (1.600"). Wear limit: 40.005 mm (1.6002")

(2) Looseness or defective rotation in lift roller

2. Outer and inner mast inspection:

(1) Warping, bending, or spalling in inner and outer masts.

(2) Cracks at welded parts.

Testing operation of adjusting screw

Press the fitting cable (2FBCA10, 13, 15 series) to the rear with your finger and perform release action

Operate the parking brake lever (2FBCA20, 25, FBCA30 series)

The adjusting lever should engage with the next tooth of the adjusting screw
