Oil tank inspection
Describe any issues found during the oil tank inspection
Choose the type of lubrication used for the oil tank
Engine crank case inspection
Describe any issues found during the engine crank case inspection

Note: In case of the hard operating condition, the service interval of 170 hours or 1 month may be recommendable.
Fuse Replacement
Warning: Set the ignition switch to the OFF position before starting the procedure.
Fuse box cover removed and clip taken off
Fuse removed using the fuse clip
Fuse blown?
Caution: Use the fuse having the same capacity as that of the installed one.
Fuse replaced with a spare one
If the replaced fuse is blown again, ask a Toyota dealer for inspection.
Ask a Toyota dealer to replace the GLOW or ALT fuse, if necessary.
Sign off on the fuse replacement
2000 Hourly / 1 Yearly Forklift Components Replacement
Warning: Only trained personnel should perform this procedure

Did you use the recommended types of lubricants?

Sign off on the forklift components replacement
Load Handling System Check
Check the fork installation state, for cracks and bending.
Check for mast distortion, chain tension and oil leakage from cylinders and piping.
Operate the lift and tilt levers to check their operating state.
Is there anything unusual found?
If anything unusual is found, have the vehicle inspected at a Toyota dealer.
Sign off on the load handling system check
Steering Wheel Inspection
Warning: Perform the inspection after starting the engine.
Check the steering wheel play with the rear wheel set in the straight traveling direction.
See the service data section for the standard play of steering wheel.
Turn the steering wheel in the circumferential direction and also move it up and down to check there is no looseness.
Push the horn button to check if the horn sounds normally.
If any abnormality is found, ask a Toyota dealer for inspection.
