Warning: When the engine is hot, it is very dangerous to remove the cap. Coolant level check must always be performed when the engine is cold.

Remove the cap and check the coolant level from the filler port

Is the engine coolant visible through the filler port?

If the engine coolant is not visible through the filler port, fill appropriately diluted coolant ( LLC ) to the port

Close and tighten the radiator cap, match the pawl on the reverse side of the cap with the notch on the filler port and turn the cap fully clockwise while applying a downward force

Sign off on the coolant level check

1. Injection timing: Measure and correct and adjust as required.

2. Draining of sedimenter: Inspect and correct and replace as required.

1. Oil clutch function and oil leakage: Inspect and correct and replace as required.

- Torque converter and transmission:

1. Stall test and oil pressure measurement: Measure and correct and adjust as required.

1. Tank and oil strainer: Clean

Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel!

Enter the initial force value measured with the spring scale

Is the force value within the desired range?

If the force value is not within the desired range, proceed to the next step

Select the direction of adjustment

Enter the force value after adjustment

Is the adjusted force value within the desired range?

Sign off on the brake adjustment

Warning: This inspection requires trained personnel with PPE!

Fan belt inspected for cracks and fraying

V belt inspected for cracks and fraying

Enter the tension of the fan belt

Enter the tension of the V belt

If any abnormalities are found, report to a Toyota dealer for replacement or adjustment

Sign off on the fan belt and V belt inspection

Describe any issues found during the oil tank inspection

Upload a photo of the oil tank after lubrication with hydraulic oil

Describe any issues found during the engine crank case inspection

Upload a photo of the engine crank case after lubrication with engine oil

Note: In case of the hard operating condition, the service interval of 170 hours or 1 month may be recommendable.
