Ensure coolant flow order for B plan

Enter the coolant flow rate for Motor Jacket (l/m)

Enter the coolant flow rate for Heat Exchanger (l/m)

Is the coolant flow rate for Motor Jacket within the specified range?

Ensure all parts are fastened correctly

Check the tightness of every fastener

Re-tighten all bolts before use

Is this the initial installation?

Record the current TRG meter reading

Was the initial TRG reading recorded?

Determine the TRG meter condition based on color coding

Is the TRG meter condition RED?

Has the TRG reading increased by 0.3 or more from the initial reading?

Has the TRG reading increased by 0.5 or more from the initial reading?

Actions Based on TRG Meter Condition

If TRG meter condition is Green, continue operation without action

Filter and Circulation Pipe Inspection

Inspect Filter (03) for blockages or clogs

Inspect Circulation Pipe (34) for blockages or clogs

Does this apply to F and FA plan pumps with circulation pipe construction?

Check that valves in reverse circulation piping are opened (for R & RA-type)
