Inspect the following points for the bearings

Is there any issue with the inspected points?

Bearing Removal and Replacement

Remove the Set Screw (48) and take out the bearing

Select the motor frame for wear limit check

Enter the measured øA-øB value (mm)

Check the TRG meter periodically during operation

Was the initial TRG reading recorded?

Determine bearing changing intervals using color coding system if initial reading was not recorded

Check bearing wear using the TRG meter color change as a reference

Is the increase of TRG readings 0.3 or more (Yellow)?

Stop the pump and check bearings if TRG readings increase by 0.3 or more

Do not operate if TRG meter condition is RED

Check TRG meter colored scale zones

Enter the rated current indicated on the nameplate

Select the variation of voltage & load

Calculate and set the overload relay value

Is the overload relay set as close to actual operating conditions as possible?

Does the overload relay setting not exceed the nameplate full load rating?

Filter and Circulation Pipe Inspection

Inspect Filter (03) for blockages or clogs

Inspect Circulation Pipe (34) for blockages or clogs

Does this apply to F and FA plan pumps with circulation pipe construction?

Shut all valves after stopping the pump

Drain the entire pump and connected piping

Ensure pump only contains liquid before restarting if liquid could freeze or crystallize

Confirm if the pump is removed from service for an extended period
