Fasten Holder (41) to the Base (40) with Bolt (46D), Plate Washer (54) and Spring Washer (53C)

Check the tightness of every fastener, especially Bolts (46B), (46C), and (46F)

Re-tighten all bolts before use

Confirm this is the initial installation

Set overload relay at rated current indicated on the nameplate

Ensure overload relay is set as close to actual operating conditions as possible

Confirm relay setting does not exceed the nameplate full load rating

Determine relay setting based on voltage & load variation

Confirm relay setting is for initial commissioning (one-time setting before first start)

Filter and Circulation Pipe Inspection

Inspect Filter (03) for blockages or clogs

Inspect Circulation Pipe (34) for blockages or clogs

Does this apply to F and FA plan pumps with circulation pipe construction?

Shut all valves after stopping the pump

Drain the entire pump and connected piping

Ensure pump only contains liquid before restarting if liquid could freeze or crystallize

Confirm if the pump is removed from service for an extended period

Check the TRG meter periodically during operation

Determine bearing changing intervals using color coding system if initial TRG reading is not recorded

Check bearing wear using the TRG meter color change as a reference

Is the increase of TRG readings 0.3 or more (Yellow)?

Stop the pump and check bearings if TRG readings are Yellow

WARNING: Do not operate if TRG meter condition is RED

During operation: Is the TRG meter in Green zone?
