Open vent valve slowly and pay attention to liquid, especially for toxic or high temperature liquid

Open discharge valve for a few seconds and close it again

Bleed air from the air vent valve (36)

For R & RA-type pumps, are all valves in reverse circulation piping opened?

6.2.4 Shaft Sleeve (17) and Thrust Collar (18) Inspection

Inspect shaft sleeve (17) and thrust collar (18) for contact marks or wear

Are there any other contact marks or wear?

Inspect the following points for the bearings

Is there any issue with the inspected points?

Bearing Removal and Replacement

Remove the Set Screw (48) and take out the bearing

Select the motor frame for bearing wear limits

Enter the measured øA-øB value (mm)

Adjust valve for R & RA-type pumps

Ensure all valves in the reverse circulation line are fully open during pump operation

Verify correct restriction orifice installation in the reverse circulation line

Enter the reverse circulation flow rate as specified in the pump data sheet

Is the reverse circulation flow rate within the specified range for optimal performance?

Shut all valves after stopping the pump

Drain the entire pump and connected piping

Ensure pump only contains liquid before restarting if liquid could freeze or crystallize

Confirm if the pump is removed from service for an extended period
