Turn OFF the power switch before starting the greasing process.

Ensure the use of KING STAR EP NO.2: 400G or equivalent grease.

Apply grease to the slim cylinder bed.

Was the greasing completed successfully?

Turn ON the power switch after completing the greasing process.

Turn OFF the power switch to the machine

Lubricate the presser foot shaft

Lubrication of Slim Cylinder Bed

Lubricate the slim cylinder bed

Turn OFF the power switch before starting the greasing process.

Use NIG LUBE PG: 300ML or equivalent grease as specified by TAJIMA.

Inject grease into the following components using a syringe

Consult the distributor for obtaining the specified grease, if necessary.

Turn OFF the power switch before starting the greasing process

Use KING STAR EP NO.2: 400G or equivalent grease

Consult the distributor if the specified grease is unavailable

Apply grease to the ATH cam and steel plate (back of border frame)

Was the greasing completed successfully?

Push the pawl inside the hole of the top cover with a thin-tipped stick

Release the locking pawl from the top cover

Detach the snap-fit middle thread guide

Adjust the Stroke of the Thread Take-up Spring

Insert a coin or similar object into the groove of the spring shaft

Turn the spring shaft to adjust the stroke

Reattach the Snap-fit Middle Thread Guide
