Use Tajima's genuine TF oil or equivalent (Viscosity grade = VG20)

Turn OFF the power switch before starting the procedure

Use TAJIMA specified grease or equivalent

Ensure the use of NIG LUBE PG: 300ML

Inject grease into the following components using a syringe

Turn OFF the power switch to the machine

Clean each section using appropriate tools

Turn OFF the power switch before starting the greasing process

Ensure the use of KING STAR EP NO.2: 400G grease or equivalent

Consult the distributor if the specified grease is unavailable

Apply grease to the slim cylinder bed

Was the greasing completed successfully?

Push the pawl inside the hole of the top cover with a thin-tipped stick

Release the locking pawl from the top cover

Detach the snap-fit middle thread guide

Adjust the Stroke of the Thread Take-up Spring

Insert a coin or similar object into the groove of the spring shaft

Turn the spring shaft to adjust the stroke

Reattach the Snap-fit Middle Thread Guide
