Turn OFF the power switch before starting the greasing process.

Use KING STAR EP NO.2: 400G or equivalent grease as specified by TAJIMA.

Apply grease to the ATH cam and steel plate (back of border frame).

Is the power switch turned back ON after greasing?

Was the greasing process completed successfully?

WARNING: Turn OFF the power switch before cleaning

Ensure the power switch is turned OFF to prevent injury

Press D switch at the tension base twice to lower the presser foot

Clean the presser foot shaft using the selected cleaning tool

Was the presser foot shaft cleaned thoroughly?

Describe any issues encountered during cleaning

WARNING: Ensure main power supply is turned off

Inspect each belt in main shaft drive system

Inspect X- and Y-axis drive belts

Push the pawl inside the hole of the top cover with a thin-tipped stick

Release the locking pawl from the top cover

Detach the snap-fit middle thread guide

Adjust the Stroke of the Thread Take-up Spring

Insert a coin or similar object into the groove of the spring shaft

Turn the spring shaft to adjust the stroke

Reattach the Snap-fit Middle Thread Guide

Turn OFF the power switch before cleaning

Ensure no loose clothing or accessories are worn

Clean the 1st tension using a cleaning tool or air compressor

Clean the head using a cleaning tool or air compressor

Verify all cleaned parts are properly reassembled

Turn ON the power switch after cleaning
