Tajima Embroidery Machine TMAR-K0906C

Ensure the power switch is turned OFF before starting the greasing process.

Verify the use of TAJIMA specified grease or equivalent.

Consult the distributor if the specified grease is unavailable.

Inject grease into the following components using a syringe

Use NIG LUBE PG: 300ML for the greasing process.

Push the pawl inside the hole of the top cover with a thin-tipped stick

Release the locking pawl from the top cover

Detach the snap-fit middle thread guide

Adjust the Stroke of the Thread Take-up Spring

Insert a coin or similar object into the groove of the spring shaft

Turn the spring shaft to adjust the stroke

Reattach the Snap-fit Middle Thread Guide

Clean each section using a cleaning tool or an air compressor

WARNING: Ensure main power supply is turned off

Inspect each belt in main shaft drive system

Inspect X- and Y-axis drive belts

Ensure no one is near the machine

Use only Tajima's genuine TF oil or equivalent (Viscosity grade = VG20)

Lubricate the raceway using the oiler

Lubricate the lubrication hole using the oiler
